The following forms of payment are accepted:

Mail-In Checks & Mail-In Money Orders -  Complete Shopping Cart Checkout - choose Check or Money Order for method of payment.   

PHONE Orders are OK but for optimum security and savings submit a Shopping Cart Order.  Phone orders may require an email address for confirmation.

Agreement to Terms & Conditions / Return Policy  is mandatory for all orders to be processed. All orders must be paid in full before shipped.  Checks & Money Orders must clear bank before shipped.  Shipping is calculated using real-time shipping rates that are based on the actual weight of the items you are purchasing and your choice of carrier.   USPS or UPS are preferred ship method. USPS Priority comes with delivery confirmation and minimal or no insurance. USPS International Priority is trackable with minimal or no insurance and USPS Express or International Express is tracked & minimally insured.  All UPS choices are insured with tracking number provided. There are several shipping options available with USPS, or UPS please contact us for further details on specific choices.

~ Limited 30-day satisfaction guarantee providing product is returned complete, clean and undamaged minus all shipping & restocking fees.  Specific open box or used items may or may not be returnable, refunded or exchanged. Repair/Replacement/Exchange/Refund is at the sole discretion of customer service department.

~ Purchaser must notify customer service department within 30-days from receiving shipment to immediately voice any problems or concerns. Instructions for repair, or return will be given. 

~ All returns for repairs or otherwise, must be pre-approved and accompanied by a "Return Merchandise Code" (RMC) provided by the  customer service representative.  Contact customer service first before returning any product in order to receive proper Repair Order instructions. Out of warranty service is available for an additional fee on select products, but must be accompanied by an RMC.

~ After authorized RMC goods have been returned to and inspected by the technical workshop, allow up to 14 business days for return of funds minus any fees.

~ All products are specialized and/or custom made-to-order, therefore a minimum 10% or up to a 25% restocking fee will be instilled on ALL returns. 

~Restocking fees are imposed on all order cancellations processed after shipment.

~ Each product has a specific warranty or repair terms & conditions offered by the manufacturer.  Warranties may be only 30 days, 90 days, 1 year or otherwise stated on documentation accompanied with product.  Please contact us for specific repair/replacement terms.   Some products with Open box or used items may not be returnable or refunded.

~ All International customers are fully responsible at time of delivery for any additional fees from custom duties, taxes, import fees or other unforeseen import or delivery charges. International Shipping options will be given for choices regarding; insurance, tracking, regular or express and may be quoted via email prior to final processing and shipment.

~ We reserve the right via email confirmation to adjust shipping fees and carrier choices, or product prices prior to final processing. All Shopping Cart, phone orders & Mail Orders will be checked for correct pricing, shipping and Grand Total before final processing.  Should any discrepancies be found, you will be contacted prior to processing the order. You will also be notified on backorders, shipping delays or other unforeseen circumstances.  Email Confirmation will note any changes or updates prior to final processing.

~We reserve the right to adjust Invoice totals at any time and without prior notification.

~ We are not responsible for delays caused by improperly or incorrectly submitted data, such as spelling mistakes, or mis-addressed shipping information.  Additional shipping charges may apply if items are returned due to incorrect data.

~~Make sure you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. Checking the return policy box on the Shopping cart or phone-in order, mail-in order form constitutes an agreement to the terms and conditions and authorizes the Customer Service Providers to charge your credit card and/or process your order. Checking the box and/or filling out the Shopping Cart Order Form is considered an authorized signatory on the applicable credit card voucher and associated invoice. No orders will be processed without agreeing to terms & conditions.
