LIMITED WARRANTY:
A limited one-year warranty on repair parts and/or service of power supply control unit, excluding normal wear and tear, misuse or tampering. Accessory parts and water module are covered under limited one-year warranty if found to be faulty or poorly assembled, excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, dropping, ill-maintenance or tampering. A limited 30 day warranty is in effect on repair, parts and/or service of power supply control unit, excluding normal wear and tear, misuse or tampering, whereby Pure-Charge Technologies pays for shipping in both directions dependent on repair diagnosis. After 30 days and up to 1 year after purchase, the limited warranty is in effect on repair, parts and/or service of power supply control unit or water module, excluding normal wear and tear, misuse or tampering, whereby customer pays for shipping in at least one direction, possibly both directions depending on repair diagnosis. Repair diagnosis is conducted by authorized Pure-Charge Technologies repair technician ONLY and repairs are deemed covered or not covered at the discretion of said technician. "Not covered by warranty" repairs are done at the expense of the customer, who after repair diagnosis will be notified of said repairs, parts & labor charges.

~ Limited 30-day guarantee providing product is returned complete, clean and undamaged minus all shipping & restocking fees.  Specific open box or used items may OR may not be returnable, refunded or exchanged. Repair/Replacement/Exchange/Refund is at the sole discretion of Customer Service

~ Customer must notify Customer Service within 30-days from receiving shipment to immediately voice any problems or concerns. Instructions for repair, or return will be given. 

~ All returns for repairs or otherwise, must be pre-approved and accompanied by a "Return Merchandise Code" provided by the  customer service representative.  Contact customer service first before returning any product in order to receive proper Repair Order instructions. Out of warranty service is available for an additional fee on select products.

~ All products are specialized and/or custom made-to-order, therefore a minimum 10% or up to a 25% restocking fee will be instilled on ALL returns. 

~Restocking fees are imposed on all order cancellations processed prior to or after shipment.
